Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Java/J2EE Developer with Fullstack Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise-level applications leveraging Java, J2EE, Fullstack technologies, and Cloud services. The Tech Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful execution of complex projects in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them in technical decision-making and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Design, implement, and optimize complex, scalable applications with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Take ownership of end-to-end application architecture, from front-end UI to back-end services, in a cloud environment.
- Provide hands-on leadership in both front-end and back-end development, delivering solutions using Java, J2EE, and modern front-end technologies.
- Software Development:
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and modern frameworks.
- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services within the cloud platform.
- Develop full-stack applications with front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.) and back-end systems.
- Ensure the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
- Cloud Integration:
- Lead the design and deployment of cloud-based architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Integrate cloud services, storage, and databases to build scalable solutions.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster development and deployment cycles.
- Agile & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to maintain code quality.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Performance & Security:
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications, especially in cloud environments.
- Address technical debt, identify and resolve system bottlenecks, and optimize code.
- Implement industry-standard security practices in cloud-based solutions.
- Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
- 5+ years of experience in a Fullstack development role with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven experience leading development teams and driving technical solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and related frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for cloud deployments.
