Job Summary:
We are looking for a UI/UX Developer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, expertise in UI design tools, and proficiency in front-end development technologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless and visually appealing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure UI/UX consistency and optimal user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement UI animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design and development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with CSS pre-processors (SASS/LESS) and UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to solve UI/UX challenges creatively while maintaining design consistency.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with motion graphics or UI animations using GSAP, Lottie, or CSS animations.
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Django, or Firebase) is a plus.
- Understanding of design systems and component-based UI development.
- Experience in mobile-first design and progressive web applications (PWAs).
