Technical Leadership Lead the technical design and implementation of OCI solutions, providing direction and guidance to technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Cloud Migration Assess existing on-premises or cloud-based infrastructure and applications, develop migration strategies, and execute migration plans to OCI.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of OCI resources.
Security and Compliance Ensure OCI solutions meet industry-standard security and compliance requirements, implementing security controls, encryption, and access management measures as necessary.
Performance Optimization Identify opportunities to optimize OCI solutions for performance, cost, and resource utilization, leveraging native OCI services and features.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting:** Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions on OCI to proactively identify and address performance issues and security threats.
Documentation and Training Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials for clients and internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.
Extensive experience (5+ years) designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform.
In-depth knowledge of OCI services, including Compute, Networking, Storage, Database, and Security.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, reliability, availability, and security.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, deployment, and automation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and technical teams.
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or Professional preferred.
Experience in migrating master data from Oracle EBS/R12 to Oracle ERP Cloud
Minimum 10+ years of experience in working in Oracle ERP
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oracle ERP Data Migration
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Oracle ERP Cloud
Expertise in Data Migration Master data such as including Extraction, Cleansing ,Transformation, Loading and Validation from Legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
Experience with Data Migration activities for Master Data such as COA, Employee, etc and Transactional and Historical data.
Experience with Oracle Data Migration processes including preparation of migration strategy, conversion plan, timing of data loads, object dependencies, sequencing of tasks.
Experience in using ETL and SQL tools used for data migration
Experience in working with Oracle Finance / SCM Cloud modules will be preferred
